Matthew started E G Grounds Care Ltd in 2006 with a financial loan from the Princes Trust. He started independently working for residential clients in Norwich where he lived, carrying out small regular and one-off gardening tasks. During this time, he completed his Level 2 Garden Design course at Easton College. In 2008 he successfully obtained his first commercial contract for a client. The site is located in Norwich, and E G Grounds Care Ltd continue to provide grounds maintenance services at the site to this day. The client was so impressed with the quality and reliability of the works being carried out, that our commercial portfolio grew, and continued to expand into Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Peterborough and every location in between. As the commercial portfolio grew, so did Matthew's team, and today he is extremely proud to manage a team of 13 ground maintenance operatives who make E G Grounds Care Ltd the highly reputable and professional commercial grounds maintenance business it continues to be today.
